AEGG Announces Engagement Of New Audit Firm

The American Energy Group, Ltd. (OTC.BB: AEGG) announced today that on May 10, 2011 the Company engaged Morrill & Associates, LLC, independent registered accountants. Douglas W. Morrill, CPA, of the firm shall serve as the audit partner with primary responsibility. The Company made the appointment of Morrill & Associates, LLC following the dismissal of Chisholm, Bierwolf, Nilson & Morrill, LLC due to the revocation of Chisholm, Bierwolf, Nilson & Morrill, LLC’s registration with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board effective April 8, 2011. The revocation of the prior accounting firm’s registration resulted from the actions and/or inactions of two of its former partners, but not in any way to Mr. Douglas W. Morrill and is not in any way related to the auditing services previously performed for the Company by the prior accounting firm.
